Ingredients

Cinnamon sugar, to taste

1 lime wedge

1-inch piece of ginger, roughly chopped

1 oz cannabis simple syrup

1 lime, juiced

14 oz (1 ¾ cups) apple cider

½ apple, sliced for garnish(optional)

Method

To prepare your own cinnamon sugar, mix ½ cup sugar with 2 tbsp ground cinnamon, or use your favourite store-bought blend.

Rim half of 2 cocktail glasses with cinnamon sugar by rubbing half the glass with a lime wedge, and dipping it into the cinnamon sugar.

In a cocktail shaker, place ginger, simple syrup and lime juice. Muddle for 20-30 seconds to get all that ginger flavour. Add apple cider and ice. Shake well. Strain into glasses over ice.

Garnish each glass with 2-3 apple slices.

Note: The recommended cannabis infusion dosage is a suggestion. Cannabis dosing can be complicated and is entirely based on your tolerance and desired potency.
