Cannabis Simple Syrup

There’s plenty to be said about the benefits of cannabis vs alcohol, but why fight when you can have the best of both worlds? So easy we call it simple, this cannabis-infused syrup will instantly transform your favourite juice, tea or spritzer into an infused mocktail.

Of course, cannabis mocktails don’t actually contain alcohol, but they do create drinks that offer a buzz without the hangover, and three cheers for that!

¼ cup water

¼ cup cannabis-infused honey

Optional flavourings (choose one):

1 sprig of fresh rosemary

1 handful dried juniper berries

1″ slice fresh ginger, peeled

1 handful dried elderberries

1 cinnamon stick


Combine water and infused honey in a small pot, and add flavouring herbs or spices if desired. Simmer until dissolved. Strain out flavouring, if used.

Store syrup in a sealed container in the fridge, where it will keep for up to 2 weeks.
