Blueberry Cannabis Compote

This zesty blueberry compote is not only delicious, it’s also fast, easy and rich with antioxidants. It’s the perfect addition to elevate your morning pancakes or evening ice cream.

Make it ahead of time and store in your fridge for future use.

2 tbsp water

1 tbsp lemon zest

1 – 2 tbsp lemon juice, to taste

4 cups blueberries

1/4 cup cannabis-infused honey


Combine water, lemon zest, lemon juice, and blueberries in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer, stirring often, until blueberries break down, about 3 minutes.

Add cannabis-infused honey to saucepan and stir in. Let the compote simmer for about 2 minutes, or until blueberries are broken down.

Season with lemon juice to taste, and serve warm.
