Canna-Coconut White Chocolate Ice Pops
The perfect refreshing dessert for a hot summer day! These pops are creamy, satisfying, and are a great way to get a dose of cannabis when you need a light treat.
1 cup white chocolate, shopped
1 cup dessicated coconut
Half teaspoon salt
3 cups granulated sugar
1 cup water
Infusion- 3 cups cannabis coconut milk
1. In a medium sized saucepan, dissolve the sugar in the water and 1 cup of the cannabis coconut milk.
2. Add the chocolate, and turn the heat on medium. Allow the sugar and chocolate to dissolve into the coconut milk, stirring constantly. Add the remaining two cups of coconut milk, and continue to stir for three minutes. Stir in the salt, and the coconut flakes.
3. Remove the mixture from the heat, and allow to cool completely. Pour the syrup mixture into 6 large popsicle moulds, and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
